libnet:1.0 has serious issues (bug 875107), removal is blocked by:

* net-analyzer/thcrut which has a dead homepage and outstanding build failure bugs
* net-analyzer/angst which has a dead upstream, no release in ~20 years

    Revert "profiles: last-rite libnet:1.0 rdeps"
    
    This reverts commit e3bf7275121a2477f96fafe29db60522e9cd6fd3.
    
    libnet:1.0 had more reverse dependencies than a naive search for
    "net-libs/libnet:1.0" revealed... Need to review net-analyzer/egressor,
    net-dns/dnshijacker, and net-misc/selfdhcp.
