Hello,
could you update crmsh to version 4.4.0?
Current package versions in gentoo repo support only old python 3.9.
For over a month I've been testing 4.4.0 on python 3.10 and didn't notice any issues.

You also need dev-python/parallax for python3.10. I've used this ebuild:

dev-python/pyyaml run dependency is missing in ebuild for crmsh.
