Some packages as kde-frameworks/kwayland require exxplicitly <dev-qt/qtwayland-5.15.3:5 but 5.15.3 stabilized

This is a user support issue. No packages should be requiring explicitly <dev-qt/qtwayland-5.15.3.

Please share emerge -p -uvDU @world --backtrack=200.
