From the release notes:

ROME,  Italy,  February  10th,  2004  -  NoMachine  announces  a  new
maintenance  release  of  NX 1.4.0.  The  new  version  of  NX server,
1.4.0-107,  contains  significant  security  improvements  and  better
support for LDAP authentication.

After sync-ing portage, it appears that the nxserver-* packages have not been updated. For example, adding "net-misc/nxserver-personal" to package.unmask, adding "net-misc/nxserver-personal ~x86" to package.keywords, and running "emerge nxserver-personal" wants to emerge nxserver-personal-1.4.0-r1, which bombs while trying to download "nxserver-1.4.0-103.i386.rpm" from NoMachine:
