The app is available for download here: 

https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/pages/download

but it's Ubuntu-only.

I'm guessing it's a standalone app with minimal linking or shared libraries. Is there a way we could get an ebuild for it? They've recently moved over to using WireGuard, and it only works on the app, not from the commandline.
