Since https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/commit/15c82b7a3e73faaabd0f9fa839b3fe75f1764a04
kitty dropped imagemagick USE flag and pulls imagemagick in.
Upstream still documents it as optional

It seems old ebuilds had the USE flag, but it affected only dependencies, not configuration...
I for my part would like to use kitty without pulling imagemagick in.
Please consider adding imagemagick USE flag back.
