kitty dropped imagemagick USE flag and pulls imagemagick in.
Upstream still documents it as optional

It seems old ebuilds had the USE flag, but it affected only dependencies, not configuration...
I for my part would like to use kitty without pulling imagemagick in.
Please consider adding imagemagick USE flag back.
