virtualbox-modules-6.0.12-r1.ebuild to build against kernel 5.3

virtualbox-modules-6.0.12 doesn't compile against kernel 5.3 because of changes in APIs.

I've made an ebuild and adapted a patch from upstream mailing list (https://www.virtualbox.org/pipermail/vbox-dev/2019-July/015297.html) in order to convice it to build against kernel 5.3.
