Does gcc-7.3.0-r6 work for you? Meanwhile as a workaround USE=-sanitizer should be enough to get older compilers buildable. Yes, gcc-7.3.0-r6 compiled fine: 7.3.0-r6(7.3.0)^s(13:16:58 09.05.2019)(cxx graphite hardened nls nptl openmp pie sanitize ssp vtv -altivec -cilk -debug -doc -fixed-point -fortran -go -jit -libssp -mpx -multilib -objc -objc++ -objc-gc -pch -pgo -regression-test -vanilla) I'm going to try older versions. gcc-4.9.4 with USE=-sanitize also compiles without problem. *** Bug 686214 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** I ran into the same issue with gcc-7.3.0-r3 on glibc-2.29-r2. Will try gcc version -r6 as suggested. (In reply to Sam from comment #6) > I ran into the same issue with gcc-7.3.0-r3 on glibc-2.29-r2. > > Will try gcc version -r6 as suggested. -r6 compiled and installed without problems. *** Bug 687468 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** I ran into the same issue with gcc-6.4.0-r1 (with glibc-2.29-r2). gcc-6.4.0-r5 compiled without problems. Yeah, that should be fixed for all gcc branches in ~arch. *** Bug 698534 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** |
