Ping. Are the Council members going to finally start this 'further discussion'? Discussion re-opened in https://archives.gentoo.org/gentoo-project/message/72959ed6fe1f0100252ad6579572a736 Closing for now, as discussed in today's council meeting. Please reopen when there is input from the mailing list. Re-opening as new discussions have taken ad-hoc on IRC about the removal of OTW.
