Lets try to stabilize glib-2.58, together with glib-networking-2.58, to get these back in sync and have better working TLS 1.3 in stable with gnutls-3.6, before that is stabled too and silently breaking glib-networking.
glibmm is just a little bug fix release, and not at 2.58, because 2.58.0 was identical to 2.56.1 besides version number, so wasn't bumped on purpose.

rdeps failing: dev-lua/lgi (bug #679862), app-i18n/fcitx (bug #539470), media-gfx/gimp (bug #669080).

dev-cpp/glibmm-2.56.1 fails 1 test (bug #679882).
rdeps failing: app-backup/amanda (bug #663182), media-gfx/gimp (bug #669080).

gnutls-3.6.x was stabled, thus now with this bug not done due to blockers (some of which might be related to having tested with gnutls-3.5?), TLS 1.3 support is completely broken for glib programs. Please proceed with ignoring test failures.
