With the update of noto-20170403 to noto-20180905 the noto-mono font got removed. New version includes a noto-sans-mono font. The problem with that one is that it combines letters like "fi" or "fl" to single letters, making it more or less useless as monospace font.

Seems to be fixed in their repositories.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install noto-20180905 (~)
2. Set noto-sans-mono as monospace fot for example for konsole or firefox
3. Check an text that contains a "fi" somewhere
Actual Results:  
"fi" gets combined to a letter that takes less space than the two woudl individually, messing up any "formatting" or terminal emulators that require monospace fonts (konsole)

Expected Results:  
Sorry, no clue what to do...kind of just made this bug so that it is documented and maybe to "prevent" stabilisation of 20180905 and waiting for an upstream package that is fixed.
