I can't reproduce this. Does this still happen with activesupport 5.1.6 or activesupport 5.2.0? *** Bug 693710 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Still happening with =dev-ruby/activesupport-5.2.3 and =dev-ruby/activesupport-6.0.0. I also see it in 6.0.2.1 on hppa: 3) Error: DurationTest#test_iso8601_output_and_reparsing: ArgumentError: invalid date /var/tmp/portage/dev-ruby/activesupport-6.0.2.1/work/ruby25/rails-6.0.2.1/activesupport/lib/active_support/core_ext/date/calculations.rb:115:in `>>' /var/tmp/portage/dev-ruby/activesupport-6.0.2.1/work/ruby25/rails-6.0.2.1/activesupport/lib/active_support/core_ext/date/calculations.rb:115:in `advance' /var/tmp/portage/dev-ruby/activesupport-6.0.2.1/work/ruby25/rails-6.0.2.1/activesupport/lib/active_support/core_ext/time/calculations.rb:173:in `advance' /var/tmp/portage/dev-ruby/activesupport-6.0.2.1/work/ruby25/rails-6.0.2.1/activesupport/lib/active_support/duration.rb:413:in `block in sum' /var/tmp/portage/dev-ruby/activesupport-6.0.2.1/work/ruby25/rails-6.0.2.1/activesupport/lib/active_support/duration.rb:404:in `each' /var/tmp/portage/dev-ruby/activesupport-6.0.2.1/work/ruby25/rails-6.0.2.1/activesupport/lib/active_support/duration.rb:404:in `inject' /var/tmp/portage/dev-ruby/activesupport-6.0.2.1/work/ruby25/rails-6.0.2.1/activesupport/lib/active_support/duration.rb:404:in `sum' /var/tmp/portage/dev-ruby/activesupport-6.0.2.1/work/ruby25/rails-6.0.2.1/activesupport/lib/active_support/duration.rb:361:in `since' /var/tmp/portage/dev-ruby/activesupport-6.0.2.1/work/ruby25/rails-6.0.2.1/activesupport/lib/active_support/core_ext/time/calculations.rb:262:in `plus_with_duration' /var/tmp/portage/dev-ruby/activesupport-6.0.2.1/work/ruby25/rails-6.0.2.1/activesupport/test/core_ext/duration_test.rb:606:in `block in test_iso8601_output_and_reparsing' /var/tmp/portage/dev-ruby/activesupport-6.0.2.1/work/ruby25/rails-6.0.2.1/activesupport/test/core_ext/duration_test.rb:604:in `each' /var/tmp/portage/dev-ruby/activesupport-6.0.2.1/work/ruby25/rails-6.0.2.1/activesupport/test/core_ext/duration_test.rb:604:in `test_iso8601_output_and_reparsing' I had another look at this issue but I can't reproduce it on amd64 and all the code involved appears to be ruby, so I'm not sure why this fails. This would require further debugging on a system where this fails. Some poking appeared to happen upstream in the past: https://github.com/rails/rails/issues/25682 And a bit later on: https://github.com/rails/rails/issues/28463 The bug has been referenced in the following commit(s): https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/commit/?id=86920abf380b948014c9a20a12ef26ffe1c95b56 commit 86920abf380b948014c9a20a12ef26ffe1c95b56 Author: Hans de Graaff <graaff@gentoo.org> AuthorDate: 2023-08-19 09:20:29 +0000 Commit: Hans de Graaff <graaff@gentoo.org> CommitDate: 2023-08-19 09:20:29 +0000 dev-ruby/activesupport: skip test known to fail on 32-bit arches Bug: https://bugs.gentoo.org/646866 Signed-off-by: Hans de Graaff <graaff@gentoo.org> dev-ruby/activesupport/activesupport-6.1.7.4.ebuild | 6 ++++-- 1 file changed, 4 insertions(+), 2 deletions(-) |
