Here's a quick (and short) list of findings (and I suspect there's more to be reported):

* sub-subsections (LOCAL OPTIONS, EXAMPLES &c) are rendered with the prefix 'R'. This dates back to 2011, commit 8d925c18 [0]

* subsection for 'uses (u)' mentions '--ignore-linguas', which is now called '--ignore-l10n'
