Thank you very much for your contribution! Unfortunately tigervnc does not currently have a maintainer in Gentoo. Would you perhaps be interested in becoming one? We have a project dedicated to supporting users interested in maintaining packages in the official Gentoo repository, you can read more about it here: https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Project:Proxy_Maintainers .
