I sometimes check gentoo@chymera.eu as a sort of bug newsletter, buf if anybody wants 18:49 <chymera> to reach me that won't work. There's a bunch of relatively simple bugs open with Horea as the assignee, but none of them have been touched by him. In fact, it seems that very few of the bugs that have ever been assigned to him have been touched by him. And in several of them he was pinged multiple times. From the proxy-maint policies (https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Project:Proxy_Maintainers/Policies_and_Guidelines): "Proxied Maintainers are required to be reasonably active in handling bug reports that have been opened for their package." Horea: please share how you're working on remedying this situation. I have turned on some filters for bugzilla, and am trying to see if the volume is low enough for gentoo@chymera.eu to be consulted to a more useful effect. I would further like to ask John to refrain from posting snippets of my conversations here, or anywhere else. The bug which I wanted to submit a fix for ( https://bugs.gentoo.org/887239 ) as I was explaining why I had different addresses, remains unfixed. The issue I was asking John for help with, namely that I cannot push to GURU, also remains unsolved. Horea: Despite my previous comment pointing out that you had various bugs to which you're assigned, you haven't touched any of them, which is your obligation as their proxied maintainer. Therefore, I'm dropping your maintainership from your packages in ::gentoo.
