Attached ebuild:

- Updates to EAPI 6
- Drops games eclass
- Uses new SDL 2 support instead of SDL 1
- Drops, seemingly unmaintained upstream, glpng option requiring sdl2-image in turn requiring SDL


Should fix bug 592440 and bug 596014.

    games-action/chromium-bsu: add 0.9.16.1
    
    Adds SDL2 support, and migrated to EAPI-7.
    
    Also enable the otherwise silently disabled joystick support.
