*** Bug 586936 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Fascinating: CMake Error: The following variables are used in this project, but they are set to NOTFOUND. Please set them or make sure they are set and tested correctly in the CMake files: MPI_C_LIBRARIES (ADVANCED) linked by target "mpi4py.MPE" in directory [...] [...] MPI_HEADER_PATH used as include directory in directory [...] [...] Can you (if your computational ressources admit it) try to compile with USE="mpi python"? Alternatively, 5.1.0 should be (hopefully) in the tree soon. Can you please give USE="-mpi python" a try for the new version? *** Bug 585204 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** *** Bug 562312 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** commit b570aea62b8e30d9936dda1cdb805e223ffc18f9 Author: Matthias Maier <tamiko@gentoo.org> Date: Sat Jul 9 13:10:40 2016 -0500 sci-visualization/paraview: add a required use constraint, bug #586934 Apparently, configuring paraview with USE="python" requires an MPI installation.
