Description:
"Skulls is a Multi-Network WebCache in PHP used from p2p clients to bootstrap.

It is used mainly for Gnutella/Gnutella2 but it can work with any network (after configuring vars.php).
It use text files to store data so it doesn't require SQL."

GWebCache Description:
"The Gnutella Web Caching System, or GWebCache, is a simple but powerful web-based distributed host caching system initially designed to support the Gnutella network.
Later it was extended to support other P2P networks."

Yes, but it depends from how much time is required for this.

Well, that depends on a number of factors.  More than likely, you'll be spending a fair bit of time preparing the initial ebuild, getting it up for form.  That moves at whatever pace you choose to move at.  Beyond that, your time required is a function of the bugs that might crop up and whatever maintenance might be required when version bumping.  I can't really predict those.

If you are still interested in proxy-maintaining this, I'll loop in the Proxy Maintainers team.

I reassign the ticket, because there was no activity for a while.
But ale5000 is still welcome as proxied maintainer and we assign the ticket back to him, if things continue.
