This is a legacy package which has a few bugs, and is no longer of any use. Opening a reminder bug, and also tracker to the others to close once the package has been removed. Though the others could be closed as wont fix, leaving this as the only open one on the package, either way.

java-config has now been revbumped to not depend on java-config-wrapper. We can close this out when that goes stable.
