nginx-1.8.0 is released. So can we have a really stable version as stable in portage?

nginx-1.9.0 mainline version has been released, with the stream module for generic TCP proxying and load balancing.

@cyberbat: Yep, we will treat 1.8.x as stable from here on. More info in the overlay[1]. Also, we will wait a bit longer since ajp still seems to have issues[2].

1.9.3 is in tree. We use two different slots now: mainline and 0 (latter will become stable after some time).
