sci-mathematics/isabelle/isabelle-2013-r1 depends on java packages without a slot:

	dev-java/ant-core
	>=dev-java/jcommon-1.0.18
	>=dev-java/jfreechart-1.0.14
	>=dev-java/itext-2.1.5


These should be slot dependencies to avoid breaking on updates.

This bug blocks the removal of the itext mask as ">=dev-java/itext-2.1.5" supports slot switching.
