This may be related: [nomerge ] dev-python/pyqwt-5.2.0-r1:5 USE="svg -debug -doc -examples" PYTHON_TARGETS="python2_7" [ebuild N ] dev-python/numpy-1.8.0-r1 USE="lapack -doc {-test}" PYTHON_TARGETS="python2_7 python3_3 -python3_4" 0 KiB pyqwt does not pull the latest stable 1.9.0-r1 Somebody modified the stable dev-python/pyqwt build without bumping it. The troublesome line seems the following: -PYTHON_COMPAT=( python{2_6,2_7} ) +PYTHON_COMPAT=( python2_7 ) I had to re-emerge using "-1 dev-python/pyqwt" and that fixed the problem. Please bump the package properly (i.e. -r2) actually, emerge -DNu world is pulling 1.8.0 back: [nomerge ] net-wireless/gr-osmosdr-0.1.4:0/0.1.4 USE="bladerf fcd hackrf iqbalance python rtlsdr uhd (-mirisdr)" PYTHON_TARGETS="python2_7" [nomerge ] net-wireless/gnuradio-3.7.5.1:0/3.7.5.1 USE="alsa analog audio channels ctrlport digital fcd fec filter grc noaa qt4 sdl trellis uhd utils wavelet wxwidgets -atsc -doc -dtv -examples -jack -log -oss -pager -performance-counters -portaudio {-test} -vocoder -zeromq" PYTHON_TARGETS="python2_7" [nomerge ] dev-python/pyqwt-5.2.0-r1:5 USE="svg -debug -doc -examples" PYTHON_TARGETS="python2_7" [ebuild UD ] dev-python/numpy-1.8.0-r1 [1.9.0-r1] USE="lapack -doc {-test}" PYTHON_TARGETS="python2_7 python3_3 -python3_4" 0 KiB So I'm not sure what's going on. what kind of additional info do you need? I'm still facing the original problem: emerge -DNupv world These are the packages that would be merged, in reverse order: Total: 0 packages, Size of downloads: 0 KiB WARNING: One or more updates/rebuilds have been skipped due to a dependency conflict: dev-python/numpy:0 (dev-python/numpy-1.9.0-r1:0/0::gentoo, ebuild scheduled for merge) conflicts with <dev-python/numpy-1.9.0[python_targets_python2_7(-),python_targets_python3_3(-),-python_single_target_python2_7(-),-python_single_target_python3_3(-)] required by (dev-python/matplotlib-1.3.0:0/0::gentoo, installed) ^ ^^^^^ *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 530538 *** |
