libunistring-0.9.5.patch

Bump to EAPI 5, file subslot information, have a USE flag for static-libs and cleanup .la files appropriately.

This ebuild is in use in gnome overlay for gnome-characters application which is a new Gnome application for Gnome 3.16.

I will move this bump to tree this weekend if there is no objection.
