oracle-jdk-bin has fetch restrictions and manual download from Oracle offers only version 7.67 (instead of 7.65). Unfortunately the EBUILD manifest can only be generated by `ebuild oracle-jdk-bin digest manifest` in an overlay, when the binaries for _all_ platforms have been downloaded (arm, macos, 86, 64, solaris ...).

Please update the oracle-jdk-bin-7-x to version 67, so that it is possible to install the sdk 7 binaries.
