Indeed, thanks for reminding me! Arches, please go ahead and mark stable =net-misc/rdesktop-1.8.2, thanks! Stable for HPPA. x86 stable amd64 stable ppc stable ppc64 stable arm stable Stable on alpha. Apparently, 1.8.2 has a regression which makes it unusable for some people, including me. See https://www.cendio.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=5209. I can't connect to my Windows Terminal Servers using 1.8.2 at all because of a "Invalid licensing message", as described in the bug report at cendio. You should open a new bug to track this. Also, since the rdesktop ebuild has epatch_user support, until they release 1.8.3 you could try patching with r1823 and r1825 commits from upstream SVN and report if it works for you. ia64 stable sparc stable. Closing. |
