I have not try any other asian languages yet, but i think it will work. sorry, i forgot to post the original site http://61.153.200.30/lucida/linux-patch/ Jackey, it would be nice if you attach a diff to the ebuild that uses this patch ;) I tried the patch but it didn't work with Japanese. woops, i forgot ........, Mamoru would you please try again.
Actually,i do not like juk very much after i found amarok.
Juk has lots of trouble with arts because my shitty intel8x0 soundcard*^_^*
Mamoru, i'd like to send you an email about ebuild and some other cjk patches
in my hand,do you mind i bug you?
I don't mind so feel free to email me about your ebuilds, but please keep CC'ing to jmgolv since he is your mentor ;) Reassigning. *** Bug 52464 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** I think only kde developers can say if these pacthes should go in. For this issue, discussion is here: http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=70375 (but it seems a decision is already taken) The patch doesn't apply cleanly to kdemultimedia-3.3.1.ebuild. I modified it a while ago but lost it by HDD crash :( Jackey, could you update the patch so we can test? everything is here http://www.magiclinux.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/gentoo/portage/kde-base/kdemultimedia/ check it out yourself Is this still an issue with JuK from KDE 3.4 or 3.5? No feedback and according to the upstream bug everybody should use ID3v2/UTF-8,16. |
