Documentation files has been removed upstream which causes the build to fail.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. With the gnome overlay; emerge -1B '=x11-wm/mutter-9999'

docs installation has been left to einstalldocs so this should be fine nowadays. Thanks for reporting.
