Currently labelled "as-is" which is not correct.

I cannot find any license information in the two zipballs. HOMEPAGE points to http://www.promode.org/ which hosts some unrelated blog now, but I don't see any license information in the homepage archived here:
https://web.archive.org/web/20110926181040/http://www.promode.org/

Therefore, I suggest LICENSE="all-rights-reserved" plus mirror restriction.
