www.amd64.org appears to be down.  Unable to emerge sys-firmware/amd-ucode since it can't download from that site.  If it's permanently gone, perhaps there's a new mirror elsewhere?

I'm confused why *this* bug is considered the master and the *other* one is considered the dup, because the other one has far more context, was reported sooner ( by many months in fact ), and has possible avenues for a solution ( ie: using fedora sources instead ) 

Though we're still SOL due to RESTRICT=mirror .
