Please stabilise net-dialup/dtrace-2.01-r2.

dtrace-2.01-r2 fetches its distfiles directly from upstream and adds mirror restriction, because we are not allowed to redistribute this package, see bug 446156. Otherwise, there are no changes from -r1 which is in the tree since three years.

I've verified that -r1 and -r2 have identical images in ${D} (except for trivial renaming of the /usr/share/doc/${PF} directory).
