The ebuild currently has LICENSE="as-is" which most likely is wrong.

This is a binary package, and there is no license included in the tarball. Also I cannot find any info about distribution terms on the HOMEPAGE.

Can you please ask upstream for clarification under with terms this package can be distributed?

dtrace is a binary only tool from AVM, which needs an AVM ISDN board. No special license included. It's basically a debug-tool for their cards.

DTRACE.DYN / DTRACE.STATIC traces ISDN messages with AVM ISDN-controllers.
DTRACE is a console application for Linux.

The program uses manufacturer specific functions for tracing and does not
work with ISDN cards from other manufacturers.
Quit the program with ENTER.

According to j.schoellhammer@avm.de the license can be found at the top of the following file: ftp://ftp.avm.de/fritz.box/license.txt
I've added the English version as licenses/AVM-dtrace.

Ebuild bumped to -r2, needs to be stabilised on x86.
