The distribution terms of this package can be found in the documentation at http://webclu.bio.wzw.tum.de/stride/stride.doc (section 2, "Copyright notice"). In addition, files nsc.c and nsc.h have their own notice. See attachment for both notices.

By clause 3 of the NSC license terms, this is not redistributable: "The user will not redistribute the code outside his immediate research group." So we need mirror and bindist restriction here.
