The LICENSE file in the tarball is the Artistic license, as listed at http://opensource.org/licenses/Artistic-1.0, with one difference (wdiff output):

* "Copyright Holder" is [-whoever is named in the copyright or copyrights

I think that this is negligible, so the package can be labelled with LICENSE="Artistic".
