Seems like the file has moved. Moreover i looked at the homepage and i only found: http://download.rq3.com/Reaction-1.0-Linux-x86_64.tar.gz and http://download.rq3.com/Reaction-1.0-Linux-i386.tar.gz
Complete different version??
