Bug 450418 – games-misc/fortune-mod-gentoo-ru: unclear license

The ebuilds are currently marked with LICENSE="as-is", which most certainly isn't right.

I cannot find any license information in the package. The HOMEPAGE (archived at <http://web.archive.org/web/20100927093528/http://marsoft.dyndns.info/fortunes-gentoo-ru/>; the original one appears to be dead) has the following information:

   Все права на цитаты принадлежат их авторам. Права на любые упомянутые
   торговые марки принадлежат соответствующим лицам или компаниям.

   Цитаты распространяются по принципу КАК ЕСТЬ (AS-IS), без каких-либо
   гарантий (явных или подразумеваемых).

Please clarify under what terms this package can be distributed.

Assigne to [e-mail] as it is upstream developer and mantainer.
Please remove [e-mail] from metadata.

And also change homepage to new - fortunes.gentoo.ru ( canonical name : fortunes.gentoo.lv, serwer hosted by me )

I don't know exactly what international license is, but this is not a source 
code, but a text content. I can give a translation

New site uses bsd code, but all content distributed under the same license.

This isn't a real license, but simply a statement who is the owner the material. (A license would say something about permissions, e.g. the permission to redistribute.)

However, the file consists of short quotations only, and most likely it falls under "fair use" (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fair_use). So I suggest to mark the ebuild with LICENSE="fairuse".
