The ebuild is currently labelled "as-is" which doesn't look right, as these tv channel logos are most certainly non-free.

Not sure what would be best here, maybe LICENSE="fairuse" could be used for this?

Done so. I think it's fine, as these images have low resolution (64x48 pixels) and a reduced colour set.
