Hello,

We operate one of the UK Gentoo mirrors (http://mirror.qubenet.net )
This server uses RSYNC to sync the mirror to the master mirror (rsync1.us.gentoo.org).
Since yesterday, we see the Gentoo Portage synchronisation job is failing.

rsync: failed to connect to rsync1.us.gentoo.org (*inet_ntop failed*): Connection refused (111)
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(122) [Receiver=3.0.8]

Are you aware of any problems which may be causing this?


Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Cronjob send an error message with the message saying Rsync job failing.

Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
Syncronized the mirror files from the master mirror.
