From rsync1.gr.gentoo.org since Wed Apr 25 18:30:01 EEST 2012 the error changed from "Connection timed out (110)" to "Connection refused (111)"

Yup, still down. Hardware replacement.

Hardware replaced, service restored. Every mirror using this service should be in sync soon. Sorry for the trouble.
