OK, maybe not _that_ minimal, looking at my USE flags. :-) I can confirm that bug. Openldap depends on dev-libs/libgrcypt Without libcrypt i get following error: libtool: compile: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc -O2 -pipe -D_GNU_SOURCE -I../../include -I../../include -I/usr/include/db4.8 -DLDAP_CONNECTIONLESS -DLDAP_LIBRARY -c tls_o.c -fPIC -DPIC -o .libs/tls_o.o libtool: compile: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc -O2 -pipe -D_GNU_SOURCE -I../../include -I../../include -I/usr/include/db4.8 -DLDAP_CONNECTIONLESS -DLDAP_LIBRARY -c tls_o.c -o tls_o.o >/dev/null 2>&1 /bin/sh ../../libtool --mode=compile x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc -O2 -pipe -D_GNU_SOURCE -I../../include -I../../include -I/usr/include/db4.8 -DLDAP_CONNECTIONLESS -DLDAP_LIBRARY -c tls_g.c /bin/sh ../../libtool --mode=compile x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc -O2 -pipe -D_GNU_SOURCE -I../../include -I../../include -I/usr/include/db4.8 -DLDAP_CONNECTIONLESS -DLDAP_LIBRARY -c tls_m.c libtool: compile: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc -O2 -pipe -D_GNU_SOURCE -I../../include -I../../include -I/usr/include/db4.8 -DLDAP_CONNECTIONLESS -DLDAP_LIBRARY -c tls_g.c -fPIC -DPIC -o .libs/tls_g.o libtool: compile: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc -O2 -pipe -D_GNU_SOURCE -I../../include -I../../include -I/usr/include/db4.8 -DLDAP_CONNECTIONLESS -DLDAP_LIBRARY -c tls_m.c -fPIC -DPIC -o .libs/tls_m.o libtool: compile: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc -O2 -pipe -D_GNU_SOURCE -I../../include -I../../include -I/usr/include/db4.8 -DLDAP_CONNECTIONLESS -DLDAP_LIBRARY -c tls2.c -o tls2.o >/dev/null 2>&1 libtool: compile: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc -O2 -pipe -D_GNU_SOURCE -I../../include -I../../include -I/usr/include/db4.8 -DLDAP_CONNECTIONLESS -DLDAP_LIBRARY -c tls_m.c -o tls_m.o >/dev/null 2>&1 tls_g.c:46:20: fatal error: gcrypt.h: No such file or directory compilation terminated. make[2]: *** [tls_g.lo] Error 1 make[2]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs.... make[2]: Leaving directory `/var/tmp/portage/net-nds/openldap-2.4.30/work/openldap-2.4.30/libraries/libldap' make[1]: *** [all-common] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/var/tmp/portage/net-nds/openldap-2.4.30/work/openldap-2.4.30/libraries' make: *** [all-common] Error 1 emake failed * ERROR: net-nds/openldap-2.4.30 failed (compile phase): * emake failed * * Call stack: * ebuild.sh, line 85: Called src_compile * environment, line 3365: Called die * The specific snippet of code: * emake CC="${CC}" AR="${AR}" || die "emake failed";
