mgavideo currently has a single ebuild: mgavideo-0.1.0.ebuild
There is a 7 month newer version 0.1.1b.

There are no internal ebuild updates necessary as far as I can tell. I have
a working ebuild with just the version bumped. The only
change might be to change x86 to ~x86.

For a case like this should I submit an ebuild attachment even though there is 
no changes necessary?

Version 1.1b is being tracked in bug 39981. I am closing this bug as a duplicate.
