bamf-0.2.104-r200.ebuild (GTK2 slot)

this ebuild use gtk2 (and related depend). This is needed from gnome-pie that doesn't work correctly with gtk3 slot.

bump, also replaced -r{200,300} with gtk3 USE. More easy for me to "maintain" just one ebuild instead two, and it also take a second to split again in -r{200,300} (in case you wanna put in the tree)

Consider to force gtk+3 since this is the main and active version and it's stable.

x11-libs/gtk+:2 should only be pulled in by packages NOT supporting gtk+3 at all
