Description Sven Wehner 2011-09-27 20:44:57 UTC
SendmailAnalyzer (http://sendmailanalyzer.darold.net/) is a log analyzer for sendmail and postfix, which isn't included into the portage, yet.

So I am herewith submitting an ebuild... which should work. It supports vhosts and should be able to run even multiple instances.

If any Gentoo developer is interested in this ebuild, please check the init.d script. I guess it's not perfect.

Reproducible: Always

A daily cron job (to run sa_cache)

The cron job runs the additional sa_cache application which is necessary for monthly statistics etc.

The webapp hook script to make the cgi scripts executable

Is there another way to do this? Seems to me a little bit hacky...

Hello, The Gentoo Team would like to firstly thank you for your ebuild
submission. We also apologize for not being able to accommodate you in a timely
manner. There are simply too many new packages.

Allow me to use this opportunity to introduce you to Gentoo Sunrise. The
sunrise overlay[1] is a overlay for Gentoo which we allow trusted users to
commit to and all users can have ebuilds reviewed by Gentoo devs for entry
into the overlay. So, the sunrise team is suggesting that you look into this
and submit your ebuild to the overlay where even *you* can commit to. =)

Thanks,
On behalf of the Gentoo Sunrise Team,
Markos.
