Actually, it puts the status in the second set of brackets, however, if you have placed the package in /etc/portage/package.keywords it will not display anything. To see the list of unstable packages that are installed, you can run: env ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="-~amd64" equery list '*' you can also use the custom formatting option. # equery list -h for the options including the -F, --format=TMPL eg: brian@big_daddy ~/Dev/git/gentoolkit $ equery list -p -F '[$mask $mask2] $cpv:$slot::$repo' portage * Searching for portage ... [M M[profile]] sys-apps/portage-2.1.6.7:0::gentoo [ amd64] sys-apps/portage-2.1.6.13:0::gentoo [ amd64] sys-apps/portage-2.1.9.42:0::gentoo [ ~amd64] sys-apps/portage-2.1.9.50:0::gentoo [ amd64] sys-apps/portage-2.1.10.3:0::gentoo [ ~amd64] sys-apps/portage-2.1.10.4:0::gentoo [ unknown] sys-apps/portage-2.2.0_alpha41:0::gentoo [ unknown] sys-apps/portage-2.2.0_alpha43:0::gentoo [ ] sys-apps/portage-9999:0::gentoo brian@big_daddy ~/Dev/git/gentoolkit $ Great! Both are working. I think the behavior changed... For some strange reason I feel like the old one was more intuitive. What do you think? *** Bug 381375 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** |
