We need better way to handle optional run time dependencies. My suggestion is here:

slight duplicate but yeah For qa and or adding to user choice or 
passing IREC="flag1 flag2
e-mssg="for Best Experience ${IREC} these are optimal USE Flags, but the power is Yours. 

anyhow their is an ebuild in html , 


anyhow was my **5 cents** on it as a would be proxy maintainer , on a few pkgs.

It seems that I've came up with the same idea in #424283.  I'm going to mark duplicate the other way around since #424283 includes more data.
