testing for =dev-util/kdevelop-4.2.2 amd64 and aborts emerge due to test failure.

Not much more to say.  Test flag unset and kdevelop emerged ok.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set FEATURES to include test.
2.emerge kdevelop
3. 
Actual Results:  
The following tests FAILED:
         22 - qtprinters (Failed)
         21 - gdbtest (Timeout)
         20 - cmakemanagertest (Failed)
         17 - cmakeprojectvisitortest (Failed)
          8 - itemrepositorytest (Failed)
          2 - parsertest (Failed)
Errors while running CTest
 * ERROR: dev-util/kdevelop-4.2.2 failed (test phase):
 *   Tests failed.


Expected Results:  
Pass all phases of emerge

Adjusting priority. KDE test failures are never a blocker.

Needs more work. Tests restricted for the moment.
Definitely some of them rely on a running KDE and DBUS.
