Opening "Document properties" dialog crashes inkscape on KDE4 with Oxygen iconset

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Inkscape
2. Open Document Properties
3.

Actual Results:  
is crashes with:
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'Gtk::IconThemeErro


according to launchpad bug report (mentioned in url) the bug has bin fixed in 0.48 branch in rev. 9745

maybe releasing a bugfix version which also fix bug #348791 is a good idea...

should be fixed in inkscape-0.48.1 which is in CVS now... (see also #348791)
