Suggest this is marked as a duplicate to 64823, then. The very same URL was cited in 2004 as reason for removal of the suidperl binary, there were some complaints from users and the USE flag was introduced. http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=64823 Reopen... My URL wasn't good because it is unversioned.
