I agree, let's go ahead on amd64 and x86 (CCing now). Note to sparc team: Please consider keywording this, as it is the replacement for rox-base/devtray which will be going away. emerge went fine, restarted consolekit and logged in again as end of onstall message stated. select media and program (my cursor bounces in kde) failed it just sat and bounced then went away.will research further with strace and see if i can get some info from the logs. but usually can't. if there is an easier way, please tell me nothing in the logs amd64 fail (In reply to comment #2) > amd64 fail uh... kde is wrong environment to try this, it's still stuck with HAL and is not a GTK+ environment like rox is moreover you should provide a lot more details (strace, gdb, etc.) and open a new bug blocking this one if the problem persists in proper environment x86 stable amd64 done sparc doesn't make much sense here (as minor arch) |
