stupid question but how are we expected to fix that ? Are you sure having "/etc/localtime" not properly set is a valid situation? I would think this is invalid instead Feel free to fix as WONTFIX, but maybe you can send this back upstream to see if they can make it more solid… knowing it is the case help though. I agree but, at first, could you explain a bit more what do you mean by "/etc/localtime" not being properly set? (not present?) Thanks /usr/share/zoneinfo/Factory set as /etc/localtime produces an error when calling date that the local timezone must be set (the one in the log).
